1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using krayonics.com, purchasing telematics hardware, or engaging our engineering team for on-site installations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all transactions and technical services provided by PRV TECH AND ENTERPRISES under the brand name Krayonics™ Telematics Solutions.

2. Hardware Supply & Quotations

• Equipment Specifications: All product descriptions (including AIS-140 certified VLTD trackers, 5MP CCTV, driving dashcams, parking sensors, and enterprise networking hardware) represent authentic technical ratings.
• Commercial Quotations: Formal project quotations issued for commercial fleets, institutional installations, or bulk tenders remain valid for the period specified in the quotation.
• Pricing & Taxes: Prices listed for demo orders or formal invoices are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST in India.

3. Installation, Standby Units & AMC

• On-Site Installations: Installation appointments are coordinated directly with our dispatch team. Customers must ensure vehicle or premises access at the scheduled time.
• Standby Unit Warranty: Where covered by eligible AMC or service agreements, standby replacement hardware is deployed during servicing to maintain continuous operation.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): AMC coverage includes routine firmware checks, wiring inspection, and scheduled preventive maintenance as specified in the individual contract.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice

Krayonics™ is a proprietary trademark of PRV TECH AND ENTERPRISES. All site graphics, hardware photos, datasheets, diagrams, and written materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the purchase of hardware or technical services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
